Private 1:1 training is a progressive overload–based coaching experience designed for women who want to get strong af, build muscle 🍑, and feel powerful in their bodies.
This is fully personalized training focused on building and shaping strong glutes while also developing total-body strength for a confident, athletic, feminine physique. Every session is tailored to you, your goals, your body, and your current fitness level.
You can learn how to properly activate and train your glutes, work toward pull-ups, level up your push-ups, bench press with confidence, increase overall strength, boost energy, and support better mental health.
Private training is open to every level of fitness. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or an experienced lifter, your program is adapted specifically for you so you can progress safely and effectively at your own pace.
This is a supportive, empowering 1:1 environment where we focus on consistency, confidence, and results — so you can kick ass, build glutes, get strong af, and feel fcking great* in your body.
