If you haven't been yet, you are MISSING OUT! GluteCamp BYOB is a NEW and fun pop-up fitness class focused on activating and working the booty. These classes are much different than the GluteCamp 6 week weight training programs. GluteCamp BYOB was created to teach a larger group of girls how to properly activate, target, and work the glutes using just a single band.
And of course to have some FUN!!
If you can picture it, this is more like a yoga-class of booty work.
Bring your own loop band, mat, water and bestie!
