GluteCamp is where you come if you're looking for serious glute development and muscle building. These on-going 6-week weight training programs are customized to help babes like you get fit af, build a booty, and feel f*cking great.
GluteCamp is bodybuilding style training, using weights and resistance to build full glutes and a strong but feminine shape.

Classes are limited to 14 girls, and these groups of ladies are nothing but supportive, positive, and fun! If this is the place for you, then you are always welcome to keep your spot and continue working on your goals long term!
Each exercise is demonstrated and there are always options are available for the beginner, intermediate and advanced client. Individuals are always monitored to ensure proper form and appropriate level of challenge.
