Before we start kicking ass, there are just a couple forms to fill out so you're all set for your trial day

So… what happens on trial days?

Just come in any time during the open gym hours on your trial day. There’s no specific start time, so you can show up whenever it works for you!
 

When you get there, I’ll help you get started and walk you through the workout so you know exactly what to do.

Workouts take about an hour, give or take, and everyone moves at their own pace, so there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else
 

Bring flat shoes ideally (or sock feet works too) and a water bottle
That’s it!
