Q: How many weeks is the program?
a: each program/round runs for 6 weeks

q: Do I need to get back on the waitlist to do another round?
a: nope! Once you have a spot you get first dibs, you can continue for as long as you like

q: Is it only glute/butt workouts?
a: nope! we work everything! Glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, back, chest, shoulders, abs and all smaller assisting muscle groups

q: can beginners do this?
A: absolutely! this program is very easily customizable to any fitness level. There are no high impact exercises (no jumping, no running, etc). You never feel the pressure to need to "keep up". because it is a weight lifting class, we help you choose the weights that are appropriate to your fitness level.
